What to expect
Planned mixed-use development, housing, services, open space, and connections to downtown and Midtown.
Build a visit around one destination
Choose a restaurant, shop, meeting or scheduled event as your starting point. Check its hours or reservation details, then explore the surrounding streets at a comfortable pace.
Parking & getting around
Choose parking for the part of the district you will actually visit. Public garages, metered spaces and private lots can have different rules. Check the route between your stops rather than assuming every block is pedestrian-friendly.
Make an afternoon or evening of it
Combine a meal with browsing or a confirmed local event. For groups, share a specific meeting address and plan a weather alternative. Local businesses keep their own hours, even when a district event is running.
