Meet Kristie Weaver

A REALTOR® with SERHANT., Kristie has served Hampton Roads clients since 2012. She holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and makes continuing education part of her work, with a focus on both the local market and the buying and selling process.

Kristie earned her degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. Before real estate, her experience included social work, special events and marketing. Those experiences shape a practice that starts with understanding each client’s circumstances, priorities and goals.

Her approach is personal: help clients understand their options, tailor the process to their situation and maintain relationships beyond the transaction. Outside work, she enjoys reading, cooking, travel and exploring Hampton Roads restaurants, beaches and parks.
