Legasea Marine connects Coastal Virginia boaters with boat sales, maintenance and time on the water. The family-owned company operates a waterfront marina and service facility in Yorktown and a sales showroom on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach.

Owners Chris and Jennifer Hall established the business after acquiring the former Dare Marina & Yacht Sales in 2022. Their company brings together new and used boat sales, engine service, parts, marina facilities and storage, with different services available at each location.

Two locations, different ways to help

Yorktown — marina, service and storage: The waterfront facility at 821 Railway Road sits on Chisman Creek. Boaters can contact the team about maintenance and repairs, repowers, electronics installations, winterization, parts, dry storage and dockage. Virginia Beach — boat sales showroom: Legasea’s location at Browning’s Marine, 3829 Shore Drive, gives Southside buyers a place to explore boats and discuss ownership. Contact the showroom to confirm which models are available to view and arrange an appointment. Call 757-994-5909.
