James A. (Jay) Leftwich, Jr.

Jay Leftwich represents part of Chesapeake in Virginia’s House District 90 and has served in the House since 2014. He is an attorney, with degrees from James Madison University and the University of Richmond School of Law. His civic experience includes former leadership of the Chesapeake Bar Association, a Ruritan club and the Jaycees, as well as past service with Chesapeake Care and the American Cancer Society.
