Meet Jean Johnson
Jean is the founder of RealTrue Home Team, an associate broker and REALTOR® at SERHANT. She entered real estate in 2014 after more than 17 years serving the Navy community as an active-duty enlisted sailor, a commissioned Navy Reserve officer, and a civilian engineer and educator.
Her background includes teaching systems engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School and leading defense projects involving multiple agencies. She earned both a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Engineering from Old Dominion University. That experience informs her approach to a move: understand the goal, map the steps and coordinate the details.
Jean’s professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Her military background also gives her firsthand perspective on the planning and timing involved in a relocation.
