Submission Terms
Who May Submit
CVA submission forms are intended for adults age 18 or older and authorized representatives of businesses, organizations, venues, events, schools, teams, agencies, or other entities. By submitting, a user represents that the user is authorized to provide the information and agrees to these Submission Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy, Verification & Updates
The submitter must provide information that is accurate to the best of the submitter’s knowledge and must not impersonate another person or entity. CVA may request verification, official links, supporting documents, or clarification. The submitter should notify CVA when an approved business closes, contact details change, an event is postponed or cancelled, a certification expires, or other material information becomes inaccurate.
Rights to Submitted Materials
The submitter represents that the submitter owns or has permission to provide all submitted text, logos, photographs, videos, flyers, capability statements, documents, and other materials. The submitter grants CVA a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, edit, crop, format, publish, display, distribute, archive, and promote approved materials in connection with CVA and related authority platforms. The submitter remains responsible for obtaining model, property, photographer, trademark, copyright, and other necessary permissions.
Editorial Review & No Guarantee
Every submission is subject to editorial review. CVA may categorize, edit for clarity and consistency, request more information, decline, archive, delay, or remove a submission. Submission does not guarantee publication, timing, inclusion in search results, Featured Partner status, traffic, leads, ranking, endorsement, or permanence. Approval of a standard profile does not create a paid placement, and payment does not eliminate editorial or disclosure requirements.
Prohibited and Sensitive Information
Do not submit unlawful, false, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, malicious, confidential, medical, financial-account, Social Security, classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled, proprietary, security-sensitive, or other information that the submitter is not authorized to disclose. GovCon users should not upload classified, CUI, ITAR/export-controlled, source-selection, facility-security, or sensitive operational documents. CVA may delete or restrict such material.
Events, Businesses & Contractor Profiles
Event submitters are responsible for current dates, venue authorization, ticket or registration links, cancellation and postponement updates, and rights to event imagery. Business and profile-update submitters are responsible for accurate public identity, location, category, service-area, contact, and ownership information. Contractor-profile submitters are responsible for accurate NAICS, SAM, UEI, CAGE, certification, capability, and public-contact information and should provide current official sources when available.
Privacy, Records & Removal
Submissions and supporting materials may be stored privately for editorial, verification, security, legal, and recordkeeping purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. Public records may remain archived or be updated when appropriate. A request to correct or remove public information will be reviewed but may not require deletion of accurate public facts, editorial records, legal records, backups, or content CVA is entitled to retain.
